Orders are to be processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Shipping costs are calculated by weight & handling is included. $3 Flat Rate Domestic shipping only applies to orders under 13 oz. Free shipping promotions can only be applied to domestic orders.

Lost Or Stolen Packages

familiar...yet different is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise, Gift Cards or packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address and/or email address provided for the order. familiar...yet different is not responsible for orders that are delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please, confirm all pertinent shipping information before finalizing checkout.


Due to hygienic reasons, returns are not accepted. Final Sale only. We can only accept returns & exchanges for incorrect or defective items that are returned in/with 1) their original packaging  2) includes proof of payment and 3) is initiated within 10 business days after you receive your order. Upon receipt of return(s) and after 10 business days, we will provide either the accurate items ordered (if stock is still available) or issue a store credit for the returned merchandise. Gift Cards expire 1 Calendar Year from purchase date. Please contact us at to find out where to ship your return or exchange. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is incorrect or defective. Only upon approval can merchandise be returned for a refund. Upon inspection & approval of these returns (Items must be unworn & in their original packaging, opened, damaged, or soiled goods will not be approved) it may take up to 3-7 business days (dependent upon receiving bank) to process a refund to your original payment once your return is received, approved & processed.
